Site Rules

By placing the Booking with us, you agree to ensure that you and all Guests (including children and Day Visitors) act responsibly and respectfully throughout the Stay. This includes adhering to the following Site Rules and all applicable laws.

If you fail to abide by these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the Site immediately and without a refund.

Anyone causing annoyance or nuisance to others on the site e.g. noise etc. will be given a verbal warning. If the annoyance continues, they will be asked to leave the site immediately.

All Guests, Day Visitors and Children:

  • Must respect staff, other Guests, and the Site grounds.
  • The caravan owner is responsible for the conduct and behaviour of their visitors and the children in their custody.
  • Must not act in a threatening, disruptive, or antisocial way.
  • Must not carry weapons, use illegal drugs, or engage in any criminal activity.
  • Must observe quiet hours between 11.00pm and 7.00am.
  • Must be considerate of others—keep music, tvs, and general noise to a minimum.
  • Must not damage trees, shrubs, or disturb the natural environment.
  • Must not use disposable BBQ.

Children:

  • It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to supervise their children at all times.
  • Must not play / run behind any pitch along the perimeter of each field.
  • Must not play in or around the Amenities Block.
  • Must not use the Kitchen / Laundry Area unsupervised.
  • Children and teenagers must not play around the site after 10pm.
  • Children and teenagers may remain outside on site after 10pm if sat with adults.

Amenities Block:

  • Please leave the Toilets and shower areas as you would wish to find them.
  • Young children must be accompanied by an adult whilst using the Toilets and Showers.
  • The kitchen area must be left in a clean and tidy state after use.
  • Young children must be accompanied by an adult whilst using the Kitchen Area.
  • Guests must use the designated Chemical Waste Points at the Amenities Block for disposal of chemical toilet and grey waste.
  • Young children must be accompanied by an adult whilst using the Chemical Waste Points.
  • You must not introduce any foreign items into the drainage system or chemical waste disposal point including cleaning cloths, nappies, baby wipes, sanitary wear, cooking fat, engine oil, grease etc.
  • Persons found not to be treating the shared facilities with respect will be asked to leave.

Dogs:

You must

  • Keep your dog under control at all times.
  • Keep your dog on a short lead (maximum 2 metres) at all times.
  • Not allow your dog to foul any area on site.
  • Clean up any accidental fouling immediately – Failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave the site immediately.
  • Not leave your dog unattended.
  • Not allow dogs in the amenities block with the exception of Service Dogs.
  • Prevent excessive barking.

Recycling:

  • All waste must be disposed of correctly in the appropriate bins in accordance with the recycling rules in North Wales.
  • General waste must be securely bagged before placing in bins.
  • Please inform the Site Managers if you accidently use the wrong bin.

Speed:

  • The Maximum Speed Limit on site is 5mph and must be adhered to at all times.

Fishing:

  • Fish must not be gutted on site.
  • No fish waste to be brought on site or placed in bins.
  • Hooks and lines must be disposed of safely.

Equipment:

  • Please ensure any equipment left outside your pitch is secured safely.

Access Codes:

  • Barrier code must not be shared with Day Visitors or Third Parties
  • We also kindly ask that kitchen and toilet codes are shared discreetly with Day Visitors and no other third parties. This is for the collective benefit of all Guests
